my ribs are  babyback ribs from pigs that are outdoor reared on norfolk and suffolk farms, i sell them as full racks , half racks , rib meat rolls and rib meat wraps. 

i also make my own sauces , a smokey BBQ , a hot sauce and a sauce too hot to put on the table ! my customers have called it "holy f##k" if you want it you have to ask for it!
